PAROOKAVILLE presents four new Mainstage headliners
Written by FAB on March 24, 2019
PAROOKAVILLE presents four new Mainstage headliners with Alesso, Felix Jaehn, KSHMR and Timmy Trumpet, plus many programme highlights for the ten festival stages.
It’s only 121 days now until PAROOKAVILLE’s city gates open for the fifth time (July 19th to 21st, 2019) at Germany’s Weeze Airport site. 85,000 “citizens” and more than 200 DJs on 10 stages will be on hand to celebrate Germany’s largest Electronic Music festival.
The gigantic Mainstage takes up an entire city district of PAROOKAVILLE and is set to once again host a stellar range of international headlining stars: Having premiered at PAROOKAVILLE in 2015, Sweden’s Alesso returns for yet another of his legendary Progressive House sets. Germany’s Felix Jaehn has appeared at every PAROOKAVILLE festival until now. After having his own stage last year he makes his Mainstage debut in 2019. KSHMR (live) from the USA presented a live show with Oriental charm that was an absolute highlight at the 2018 festival. Now it’s set to appear on the Mainstage in 2019! And Australia’s Timmy Trumpet also represents the symbiosis between electronic music combined with live elements featuring his trumpet solos that have captivated fans all over the world.
“Naturally, we want to put on a very special line-up for our 5th anniversary. In addition to the Mainstage global star headliners, our Artist Team is also keeping an eye on the breadth of the live programme. We have the most exciting acts lined up in every genre, plus once-in-a-lifetime collaborations you won’t see at any other festival including Yellow Claw b2b Flux Pavilion b2b Valentino Khan and Modestep x Barely Alive x Virtual Riot at Bill’s Factory – It’s going to be crazy!”, says Bernd Dicks, co-founder of Parookaville GmbH, in summing up the excited anticipation of the entire Parookaville team.
PAROOKAVILLE already starts up on Thursday with the Pre-Party
PAROOKAVILLE kicks off again on the Thursday with the accustomed Pre-Party together with 40,000 residents of the Home of the Brave at the PENNY Tower. The festivities will include a set by R3hab – and in the Desert Valley into the best weekend of the year.
Mixmash Records Boss Laidback Luke will once again demolish the Desert Valley Stage along with Blasterjaxx and many more. The first act for Casa Bacardí will be the debut PAROOKAVILLE appearance by Dynoro, whose “ In My Mind” was one of the most streamed songs of 2018.
Techno will be on hand like never before all three days at this year’s festival. Look forward to debut appearances by rising star Charlotte de Witte on Friday, Stephan Bodzin (live) on Saturday and Matthias Tanzmann on Sunday. “Da Hool pres.Legends” on Saturday reads like a who’s who list of electro music icons including Berlin’s Westbam and the Happy Hardcore cult duo Charly Lownoise & Mental Theo.
New acts also for the House and Hardstyle stages
There are also reinforcements for 1LIVE pres. Lost Frequencies and Friends from no less than Jax Jones, Purple Disco Machine and PAROOKAVILLE regular Moguai. It will also be interesting to see if Deorro will get some new ink once again after joining with festival co-founder Bernd Dicks following his debut appearance at the first PAROOKAVILLE festival back in 2015 for a tattoo of therms Parookaville logo! In 2019 he will perform at the Spinnin’ Sessions on Friday.
The range of Hardstyle stars to appear on the festival Friday this year at I AM HARDSTYLE by Brennan Heart and on Saturday at Musical Madness continues with Coone, D-Block & S-te-Fan, Frequencerz and Mark with a K.
