With a bevy of highly acclaimed singles already under his belt, Wall Recordings regular Ravitez has returned to the label of dance music star Afrojack for another sublime offering. Right when the first rays of sun have started to drive the last of the winter cold away, the summer vibes of ‘I’m Not The One’ emerge to set the tone for the months to come.

Since catching the dance music bug at a young age, Ravitez has made quite a bit of name for himself on both the live front and through his productions. The Dutchman joined Afrojack on tour at major festivals such as Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Tomorrowland in Belgium, EDC in Las Vegas and Untold Festival in Romania, and teamed up with the electronic music phenomenon on a bevy of world-class records, including ‘The Great Escape’ with Amba Shepherd, which landed him over 2 million streams on Spotify alone. As a remixer, he recently worked his magic on esteemed singles from Zedd (‘Stay’) and Lost Frequencies (‘All Or Nothing’), proving to everyone out there that he deserves to be regarded as one of the scene’s finest talents. And if there were somehow still doubters then, ‘I’m Not The One’ will have proven them wrong today.

ABOUT RAVITEZ

The great things this 24-year-old DJ/Producer Chico de Reus, also known as Ravitez, has achieved this year are amazing.

No one other than Afrojack recognized his talent and soon it came to the point where he decided to get Ravitez on board of his team. It has given him the opportunity and privilege to share the stage with some of the biggest names in the scene.

His musical passion started in 2010 after his dad bought him his first DJ-set. Shortly after, Ravitez began producing his own music and made him realize that DJ-ing was his true passion. Once Ravitez graduated from high school, he made the decision to take a year off to fully focus on producing music.

In 2014, his very first single on Vato Gonzalez’ label Dirty House Records made it to the Beatport Top 100. His hard work and passion paid off big time when he released 2 tracks on Nicky Romero’s “Protocol Recordings” and one on Hardwell’s label Revealed, called “Bug Twerk”.

After joining Afrojack’s Wall Family, they teamed up in the studio and created “System” together with MC Ambush. Afrojack has been playing this banger of a track in his live sets, all over the world. Joining Afrojack on tour and playing at major festivals like Ultra Music Festival (Miami), Tomorrowland (Belgium), EDC (Las Vegas), Untold Festival (Romania) and the official MTV EMA’S Afterparty, many parts of the world already got introduced with Ravitez his talent.

His single ‘Everest’ landed on the 5th place in the Beatport top 100 and his collaboration with Afrojack and Amba Shepherd, called “The Great Escape” got over 1 million Spotify streams in a period of one month. After that Ravitez did a few remixes for big names in the DJ scene. For example an official remix for ZEDD’s “Stay” and Lost Frequencies “All or Nothing”. July 14th, Ravitez released his new single “Aliens” on “Wall Recordings”.
