Renowned for their uplifting productions, the MTV Award (2017) nominees have scored consecutive summer hits with ‘Summer On You’ and most recently ‘Up Till Dawn’, now attracting over 3 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Lucas & Steve’s infinite energy is best experienced in a crowd, which they’ve proven time after time with acclaimed sets at Tomorrowland's mainstage, Creamfields, Sziget Festival and continuous tours across Europe, Asia and South America.
Dannic, the prodigious DJ and producer from Breda in the Netherlands – the hometown of Tiësto and Hardwell - is one of the fiercest acts to emerge from the latest generation of Dutch artists, cementing himself as a go-to name that delivers within the world of big-room, grooving house. Bursting onto the scene with a DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Poll placing 4 years in a row as of 2016, it’s confirmed to tastemakers that Dannic is a driving force within the scene. Dannic’s long-running stance behind the radio airwaves including his recently-rebranded Fonk Radio venture, also demonstrates a producer that is well and truly tapped into the most vital and important industry trends that appeal to his ever-expanding audience.
Regarded as one of the founding fathers of the Future House movement, it’s evident why Dutch DJ/Producer Don Diablo is seen as a pioneer of the dance music world. Currently #11 in the DJ Mag Top 100 Poll – making him the highest placing artist in the Future House category – Don has earned praise from talent and tastemakers across the globe for major hits such as ‘On My Mind’, ‘Universe’, ‘Anytime’, ‘Chemicals’ and ‘Cutting Shapes’ and is set to release his forthcoming artist album next year.
Simon James and Ben Hall – AKA bass music masters Delta Heavy - first met at Nottingham University back in ’03. It’s a friendship and partnership that’s proved pivotal to both of them both personally and professionally. As a duo, their respective skill sets were perfectly matched: Simon was the one with the more traditional musical background while Ben had a penchant for sound engineering. Both loved DJ culture though and both spun. United by a love of underground club nights like Stealth and Detonate in Nottingham, their passion for music from drum ‘n’ bass to house was honed after many a night and early morning dancing ‘til dawn. Needless to say, after they graduated, Messrs James and Hall made their way to London. Wasting no time with their electronic ambitions, both acquired computer software. Says Si over coffee in Kings Cross: “Because we both had the same interests in music, we thought we’d align our knowledge.”
London based duo Tough Love have rapidly risen through the ranks of the house scene over the last five years. Their distinct production, together with energetic and bass-heavy DJ sets, have created a cult following of hard-core fans across the UK and beyond. Their sound is instantly recognisable in their production and can be described as bass-infused house with plenty of ‘90s R&B and garage references and hard-hitting groove. It’s this infectious sound that won them 'Best Single' in The Bass Music Awards 2015 and saw them nominated for ‘Best Breakthrough Act’ at the DJ Mag Awards in 2016
